A storm is forecasted to move off the coast of the Northeast today, providing cloudy skies and a chance of flurries and isolated snow showers to the region. As the storm moves farther out to the sea later in the day, a large ridge of high pressure will build in from the west. This will provide a return of sunny and frigid weather to the region through Sunday afternoon.
Our next storm system will move in from the south Sunday evening, with a chance of snow showers. As warmer temperatures move into the region on Monday, there will be a changeover of snow to rain showers.
