Tree takes down power lines closing Fowler Street

The Upton Police Department has announced Fowler Street is closed between Mechanic Street and Meadow Drive.

Police and Fire on scene with a tree and wires down.

As of 3 p.m. National Grids’s power outage map indicates less than five customers are affected. National Grid is assessing the situation.
