Miscoe Hill Youth Theater Guild made up of approximately 75 students will present the magical and tuneful story of Cinderella on Friday April 10 and Saturday April 11 at Miscoe Hill Auditorium located at 148 North Street.
The story is about a fairy godmother who asks her two helpers about the neediest case in the kingdom. Not surprisingly, they introduce her to Ella, who, after being orphaned, was left in the care of her wicked stepmother and stepsisters. Forced to use the kitchen as a bedroom, Ella can often be found daydreaming among the cinders from the fireplace, inspiring her stepfamily to rename her “Cinderella.” Wand in hand, Godmother sets about to change the girl’s life. With a dash of belief, a sprinkle of magic, and a pinch of true love, Cinderella has her life changed for good.
There will be three showings. One Friday April 10 at 7 p.m. and two shows on Saturday April 11 – 4:30 and another at 7 p.m.
Tickets can be ordered on line here.
