The Upton Board of Selectman have committed to be accountable, sustainable, responsible, innovative, and effective. One way they hope to meet that commitment is by having open lines of communication with the community.
The committee has recently made available online and at most Town departments a customer satisfaction flier. They are asking resident for their suggestions, concerns, and feedback on service.
“We want to do everything possible to make your Town government experience a signature experience. Your feedback and ideas are very important to us, so please take a moment to give us your suggestions, concerns, and advice,” write the board on the feedback flier.
Look for fliers at town departments or find one online here. The selectmen are promise each message will be carefully read.
