Upton Police Officer Michael Lupachini was recently honored with The Massachusetts Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors’ & Armorers’ Association’s “Jim Ring Award of Excellence” Award for his work in firearms training.
As the Upton Police Department Firearms Instructor and a member of the Central Mass Law Enforcement Council (CEMLEC) SWAT Team, Lupachini devotes a great deal of time to organizing and providing invaluable training.
The award is presented to a Massachusetts Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor who has repeatedly displayed the initiative, desire, and passion to provide the highest level of training to firearms instructors throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
