If you’re wondering why the streets look a little cleaner you can thank the Upton Wolf Scout Dens 5, 6, and 7. On Saturday, March 30 the Wolfs worked in conjunction with the Upton Baseball Commission to pick up trash along the Loyalty Day Parade route in preparation for the April 28 festivities.
The Wolfs started at Memorial School in Upton and worked their way along both sides of Route 140 to the VFW fields. They collected about 8 large trash bags of garbage.
Thanks Wolfs!
A Wolf scout is a member of the Boy Scout Trail who has completed the first grade (or is 8 years old) and has earned the Bobcat Badge.
