This seems like a fail on many levels. this CHILD was robbed of her childhood by a man twice her age because her parents, not just mom, I know we like to blame the mothers, but both her parents were inattentive -fail. Because this man’s mother who let police in FAILED to report to police that her son was raping a child, how could she let this go on in her house, and where was this man’s father? The system FAILS all our young girls, for the most part rape and sexual assault is a crime against women, and the legal repercussions are much too lenient and prone for re offense. Im sorry but if you rape a child, you should not get a second chance. rape is the murder of the soul. This confused child was failed on so many levels. And what’s sad is that she will bear this cross for the rest of her life and be judged by her peers.
