Be Refreshed is a seminar style event where an experienced speaker discusses applicable topics for women. The typical format for the event includes brunch, an entertaining video clip to introduce the event’s topic, the speaker’s presentation, and a question and answer opportunity. Speakers have included clinical psychologists, daycare directors, professional speakers, or just experienced women who share their insights in a comfortable setting. All women are welcomed and the event is free. Childcare is offered for children between the ages of 0 – 6 years old and costs $3.00/child. Woman should register online at www.fcch.org/woman.
