At Upton’s Annual Town Meeting held in May, residents voted to approve $67,775 in Community Preservation Act funds to pay for the rehabilitation. This is matched by $18,674 in generous donations from area residents, businesses and town groups, allowing for a complete upgrade of the facility.

The work involves tree and equipment removal, site preparation, installation of a new base of safety chips and new pieces of playground equipment.

Your patience during this renovation project is greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions about the project, please call the Department of Public Works at 508-529-3067.
