Mark your calendar for the Upton VFW’s Fourth Annual Run to Remember 5K Road Race on Saturday, October 5th at 9:00am! Early registration is $15 to run the 5K ($20 on race day) and dri-fit, tech t-shirts are available for purchase on race day to the first 150 for $15 cash.
The Annual Run to Remember is a mostly flat course and 100% roads.
Walkers and joggers with strollers are welcome to participate.
Awards: Top three men and women overall. Male and female age division awards for age brackets, 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Prizes will also be awarded to the first Iraq/Afghanistan veteran and first Mendon/Upton teacher.
New this year will be a Kids Fun Run at 9:45 a.m located at the baseball field behind the VFW. All kids age 10 and under are invited to participate (there will be age group starts for safety purposes) The cost is $5 and every kid gets a medal!
