According to a news release issued by the Grafton Police Department, Upton officers provided the Grafton Police Department with information on September, 25 that Jacob Patulak, age 20, of N. Grafton was possibly involved in house breaks in the Town of Grafton. Patulak had been charged with breaking and entering in Upton.
Detective William Kuck responded to Upton Police Headquarters to speak with investigators. According to Grafton Police Chief Normand A. Crepeau Jr. the investigation revealed that Patulak was responsible for no less than four (4) house breaks throughout the Town of Grafton over the past several weeks.
Patulak was held overnight by Upton Police and transported to Milford District Court on Thursday, September 26, to be arraigned on their charges. A criminal application will be filed in Westboro District Court by Grafton Police charging Patulak with Breaking &Entering in the Daytime for a Felony (4 counts) and Larceny Over $250.00 (4 counts).
Grafton Police Chief Crepeau, Jr. wrote, “The investigation is continuing to determine if Patulak will be charged with additional counts of Breaking & Entering.”
