The Upton Police Department is investigating an incident that took place on Thursday, October 10th in the Goss Pond development off of South Street.
A female in her early teens reported a male subject operating a white, older model SUV, appear to be taking pictures of her with his cell phone as she walked from her bus stop. The operator is described as a white male in his mid 30’s.
