Miscoe Hill Theater Group will present “Anne of Green Gables” for three performances at Miscoe Hill Middle School Auditorium located at 148 North Ave, Mendon. Show times are Friday November 15, at 7 pm and two showings on Saturday November 16 – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The stage adaption of “Anne of Green Gables,” written by Joseph Robinette, is based of the classic children’s literature by L.M. Montgomery, in which a pair of elderly farmers agree to adopt a boy to help with the crops, and wind up getting Anne instead. The irresistibly imaginative orphan, Anne Shirley, will steal everyone’s heart as she discovers love and friendship.
Tickets are now available for purchase by visiting mhyt.weebly.com and clicking on the “purchase tickets” button. Ticket prices are $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for students and senior citizens. The online ticket agent charges a small service fee for each ticket purchased. If there are any tickets left unsold an hour prior to show time they will be available for purchase in the lobby however the price at the door will be $2.00 more than the online price.
