The Nipmuc Rod and Gun Club will be holding a meat raffle on Friday November 22 at 6:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the raffle at the bar. The Nipmuc Rod and Gun Club is located at 88 Fiske Mill Road, Upton. 473-9778.
What is a meat raffle? A meat raffles is where tables are setup with different types of meat on them and the tables are then raffled off one at a time. Its a great time and great meats are raffled. Sometimes there is seafood or an alcohol table. There is a different mix each time, seeing that Thanksgiving is next week there may be a turkey or 2 this time!
