The Massachusetts Amber Alert system was in high gear last night notifying residents of a potentially dangerous situation involving the abduction of a 6 year old female child from Fitchburg, MA. The child, Alize Whipple was believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial mother, Leeanna Wilson. The Amber Alert notified residents there was reason to believe Leeanna may cause harm to the child.
The Massachusetts State Police announced today Alize Whipple was found safe in Shelby NC and the mother is now in custody.
