On the evening of Thursday January 9th an Upton teen was traveling north on Route 140 at a speed which was “greater than reasonable” according to Upton Police Chief Bradley. The teen attempted to turn left onto Williams Street and was unable to negotiate the turn resulting in the car traveling up a snow bank and onto a guard rail. The teen walked away from the single car crash without injury and was cited for speeding and failure to stay within marked lanes.
