Upton Men’s Club Father Daughter Dance 2/9/14 – Balloon Drop
The Upton Men’s Club hosted their annual Father Daughter Dance last night at Miscoe Hill Middle School. The fundraiser was a huge success and organizers believe last nights dance may have been the largest turn out ever.
The dance is a fun-filled night which the girls truly enjoy. “Our daughter starts talking about it right after Christmas. Thank you Upton Men’s Club for organizing this sweet tradition. Such wonderful memories are made for both dads and daughters,” said Tammy Bradley of Upton.
At 5 p.m. the beautifully dressed young ladies and their handsome dads arrived at Miscoe Hill Middle School where they jammed out to the sounds of DJ Ronnie Auger Productions. The night was filled with dancing, fun, refreshments, a balloon drop, and a chance to win a prize. Girls who weren’t able to bring their dad enjoyed the night with their mom or someone special.
After the dance social media was buzzing with how much fun the dads and their daughters had. Local moms are huge fans of the event and took a moment to thank the Upton Men’s Club for making it possible for their daughters and husbands to enjoy this special night out together.
