The Bellingham Police Department are investigating 3 separate incidents involving a Red or Maroon older 4 door vehicle “Possible Chevy” unknown registration!
The operator is described as a light-skinned Black or Spanish male in his early 20’s.
The suspect in all three incidents tried to make conversation with the females, and in two of the incidents he made inappropriate gestures towards them.
Two of these incidents happened in the area of North & Blackstone streets on Saturday & Tuesday between the hours of 2:00 – 3:00.
The 3rd incident happened yesterday “Thursday” in the area of Hilltop Drive & South Main street, the suspect attempted to make conversation with two students who were walking home from the Middle School bus stop.
The registration could be a Rhode Island plate but that has not been confirmed!!
