Three Arrested in Connection with Upton and Grafton Car Breaks

On Monday, March 17th , Upton Police responded to Depot Street, Railroad Avenue and Knowlton Circle for reported motor vehicle breaks that occurred during the overnight hours. After an investigation, police arrested three suspects on Main Street and subsequently executed a search warrant at 3 Maple Avenue in the Town of Upton. While executing the search warrant, officers located stolen items from vehicle breaks in the Town of Upton and Town of Grafton.

The following suspects were arrested:

Kyle Normadin, 20 years of age, of 3 Maple Avenue, Upton
Craig Beauvais, 19 years of age, of 3 Maple Avenue, Upton
John Delgado, 19 years of age, of 122 Main Street, Upton

All suspects were charged with the following offenses:

1. Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle (19 Counts)
2. Larceny over $250.00
3. Receiving Stolen Property over $250.00
