A Little Common Sense is offering a “Walk-to-Running” program beginning April 3. The program is under the instruction of certified personal trainer Michelle Bredice Craemer. Participants will train in a small group and progress to running a 5k distance in 10 weeks. Each session will be tailored to meet the needs and fitness levels of the participants. The program will run from April 3rd through June 12th. Each session will start and end at A Little Common Sense, 8 North Main Street., Upton

Would be nice if there were programs like this for people who have normal jobs and can’t make 9 on a Thursday…
