The Tri Valley FrontRunners will be hosting the Boston Marathon Tune Up , a 15K Road Race at Nipmuc on Saturday, April 5th at 10AM.
The first Be Refreshed brunch and seminar for women to be held on a Saturday is this weekend, April 5, from 9:15 – 11:15am – The topic is ‘Be a Masterpiece: Move over Mona Lisa’: When you look in the mirror, do you see a masterpiece? You should. Never mind what the magazines show you. They’re full of digital art. But you…YOU are a masterpiece. Join us on April 5th, as speaker Rachel Jackson looks at the hallmarks of a masterpiece and uses those unique haracteristics to describe a portrait of you, as you were designed to be. Veggie Gardening 101 and Easter Sweets Sampling at Harvey’s Farm in Westboro – 1 p.m. Learn how easy it is to have a successful garden. Learn how to select a good location, proper timing and “tricks of the trade.” Inter-cropping, wide-row planting, easy herbs and container gardening will be discussed. Bring your questions!
