The age range is 5-13 years old. The late fee has been removed from the sign-up fee. It was a system error.
FYI, the registration time is late. I got a late fee when I signed up today ($75). Not sure why. I also had trouble with the links on the page (http://nipmucyouthfootball.com/), but below is some information: Here’s the age ranges:

Tiny/Mitey Mite 5,6,7,8 *RED ONLY – plus mascots
Division 10 8,9,10 *RED ONLY
Division 12 10,11,12 *Red and Blue
Division 13 11,12,13 *Red and Blue
Division 15 13,14,15 *Red and Blue
