A local favorite eatery will be closing their doors on October 19.
Brian’s restaurant located on Route 122 in Northbridge is closing. They have been a staple of the community since 1996 specializing in “American Cuisine.”
In an interview with the T & G owner Matthew Clark said, “It’s kind of devastating. It’s hard to take. We’ve been here for a long time. We have so many regular and loyal customers, some come here three of four-time a week. It’s almost like their dinner table.”
Some of the favorite fare included prime rib, fried seafood, family style chicken, nightly specials and the salad/soup bar.
Brian’s was very proud of their low turnover of employees.
Locals are hoping something will happen which will keep Brian’s there.
It’s very sad to hear of the closing of Bians. We were just there last Wed. and there was not a sign or any indication that they were closing. I loved the Monday night Prime Rib special and where else can you go and have a soup, salad, and bread bar.
