Dear Editor,

The legislature increased taxes by $500 million.  MBTA fares have gone up.  Registry fees have been increased by 20%.  New taxes are being collected on amazon.com purchases.  And new tolls are being assessed.  When does it stop?

Never, if we don’t vote Yes on 1.  The legislature linked the gas tax to inflation which means the gas tax will automatically increase year after year without a vote at the State House.  That’s wrong. 

I have had enough of the Beacon Hill money grab.  I am voting Yes on 1.
