Uxbridge, MA ––It’s one thing to be great at your job—but also having a caring and committed nature is what truly makes a person invaluable to their company and their community. Diana Bruneau is currently making waves through her role as Branch Manager at Savers Bank in Uxbridge.
Bruneau has spent forty years in the banking industry, and the past thirty-five of those years have been with Savers Bank. She began her career as a teller and worked her way up to management, taking on the Uxbridge location this past April. Her job as manager of Savers Bank is to broaden the client base in Uxbridge and the surrounding communities in both consumer and commercial arenas. She provides outstanding service to Uxbridge customers who need assistance with any of their financial needs.
As a twenty-five year Uxbridge resident, the town is not just a place she goes to work every day – it is her home. Bruneau understands and appreciates her local community so she does her best to help make a difference in the lives of those she shares it with.
Bruneau, along with Uxbridge Branch employee Brenda Gosselin, recently began volunteering at The Virtual Giving Tree – a local non-profit organization that supports the elderly in the area throughout the year with various programs and initiatives. The Virtual Giving Tree provides daily necessities as well as helps to promote physical activities and meal programs in an effort to promote a happier, healthier, and higher quality of life for local seniors. “Many of the things that seniors reach out to us for are the little things we take for granted. The Virtual Giving Tree helps people to come together and find out how to help them meet those needs. It’s such a rewarding experience,” said Bruneau.
Bruneau lives in Uxbridge with her husband, Donald. They have four children and six grandchildren who live in Uxbridge and surrounding towns. She is proud to be serving those in the community both inside and outside of her career.
