UPTON DAILY 
Hi Jen, how about we revisit the issue of the traffic light in front of Angels? Have you traveled through there lately from 4 pm to 6ish? It’s an absolute nightmare. They could’ve saved millions by just putting up 15 mph speed limit signs. Hopkinton said they did it for safety yet didn’t they have a fatality there like 2 months ago? Now I see many many cars coming from 495 take a right at the church and go up West Elm to avoid those lights. Thoughts?
