MA Pike backed up westbound and eastbound for miles

Accident on Route 90 westbound has traffic backed up for miles. Clean up is underway. Westbound traffic is backed up from Charlton to Route 146. Eastbound traffic is backed up from Route 84 through Charlton – Route 84 is also backed up.
