Local Students Named to Dean’s List

deanslistKelsey O’Hagan from Mendon has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2014 semester at the University of Vermont. O’Hagan, from Mendon. To be named to the dean’s list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.

Madeleine M Laplante-Dube of Upton was named to the Miami University fall 2014 dean’s list. Miami University students who ranked in the top 20 percent of undergraduate students within each division for first semester 2014-2015 have been named to the dean’s list recognizing academic performance.

Several local residents were named to the fall 2014 dean’s list at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. To qualify for the dean’s list at UMass Lowell, a student must have completed no fewer than 12 graded credits for the semester and earned at least a 3.25 grade point average with no grade lower than C and without any incompletes.

The following local residents are among those to be named to the Roger Williams University Dean’s List for the Fall 2014 semester. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean’s List that semester.
