The Boston Globe is reporting the Supreme Judicial Court threw out Mendon’s town bylaw banning alcohol at strip clubs. According to the Globe the court “ruled that Mendon had gone about its ban in such a way that it created a “substantially broader than necessary” restriction on free expression.”
