On December 7, 2014 the children of United Parish Preschool delivered donated toys to Timothy’s Toy Box
For the second year, the children of United Parish Preschool’s four-day class will be collecting toys to benefit Timothy’s Toy Box of Framingham. Toys can be dropped of at United Parish in Upton or picked up by one of the teachers. Please contact Alison McGrath at amcgrath@unitedparishpreschool.org Donations are being collected until December 4th.
Last year the children were blessed with a bounty of toys that filled bins and bags. “We are so grateful to live in such a generous community. Last year was a huge success. Timothy and his mom were shocked by the size of our donation! It was such an amazing experience,” said Alison.
Timothy’s Toy Box began in 2007 when Sharon Gilbert and her son Timothy set up a non-profit corporation to help local children in need during the holiday season. Timothy’s Toy Box has collected and delivered thousands of new toys to local homeless shelters, churches, hospitals, and schools, as well as many other local families in need.
