A total body Bootcamp style workout using AMRAPs, EMOMs, Tabata’s, games, circuits and more! Don’t know what those are? Come find out! Improve your strength and conditioning while burning fat and calories! Every class will be different to keep those muscles guessing! Yes, you can have fun while working out!The new class will be taught by Upton resident Christine Silvestri. Christine is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, MMA Conditioning Specialist and Youth Exercise Specialist; certified Tabata Bootcamp Instructor, Boxing Fitness Trainer, and Exercise Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition (PN1).
Christine is Upton Daily’s Health and Fitness columnist and has lived in Upton for over 20 years. She is very excited to be able to offer a class in our community. “I have worked in some of the best gyms in the area and I can’t wait to bring what I do to my own home town. I look forward to meeting new people, as well as seeing my old friends”!
