No time for the gym? Here is a quick at home no equipment needed body weight only routine for when you are strapped for time and want to get your workout in.
This workout is called an AMRAP, or As Many Rounds as Possible. It is a popular training method that I often use myself when I need to get it done FAST! Simply set a timer for 5 minutes and perform each exercise for 10 reps, continuously cycling through until the 5 minutes is up. Work at your best intensity for max results and get as many rounds in as your 5 minutes allows.
- Jumping Jacks
- Squats
- Push ups
- Bicycles (10 each leg)
If you have more time, repeat the circuit 1 or 2 more times with a 1-2 minute rest between each set. Try and beat your rounds each time!
