The exact accumulation was unclear, as the snow is expected to mix with rain Tuesday. The National Weather Service is reporting the area could be blanketed with anywhere from a tenth of an inch to an inch of ice.
Dangerous travel conditions are predicted, especially for the Tuesday morning commute. Roads will become slick and slippery. Visibility will be reduced.
