Milford Animal Control is seeking any information about a dog that was found and turned into the Animal Control Department a couple of days before Christmas. This dog is a pitbull, aproximately 1-2 years, female, and maybe red and white in color (she has very little hair). She has black spots on her skin, so with hair she might actually be brindle? She is suffering from mange, flea dermatitis, and a severe bacterial/yeast skin infection. This poor girl, in whom we have named Halo, is suffering from owner neglect and improper care. She is covered in scabs, has over grown nails, and has no hair.
