James Earl, Chairman of the Upton Board of Assessors is advising Upton residents that Todd Wheeler from Northeast Revaluation Co. will be collecting data as part of the Town of Upton’s Inspection program to meet requirements by the Bureau of Local Assessments.
Earl said any person who pulled a building permit or purchased a home in town will be visited by Mr. Wheeler to conduct an assessment of the property.
Mr. Todd Wheeler is registered at the Upton Police Department and the Assessor’s Office. He will be driving a 2006 Black Nissan Pathfinder, RI Plate number RE796.
