10044833_1458497237.9173.jpgThe Miscoe Hill and Nipmuc High Skippers competed in the USA Jump Rope Regionals and qualified to skip forward to the USA  Jump Rope National Competition.

The Skippers are a competitive and performance based jump rope team within the Mendon-Upton Regional School District coached by Physical Education Teacher Christine Horn. The team is made up of jumpers ages nine to seventeen.

The Skippers will compete in speed, power, and freestyle at the ESPN Sports Complex  in Orland Florida June 27 through July 1.

We are very excited for this opportunity to compete at the National level for our School District,”  said Horn.

The team is raising funds to defray the cost of registration fees, accommodations, and transportation. A Go Fund Me Page has been set up where anyone who would like can make a donation online.
