During the March 1 Upton Selectmen Meeting the Board took under consideration the renewal of Police Chief Bradley, Fire/EMS Chief Goodale, and the Public Works Director employment contacts.
According to meeting minutes, the contracts for the Police and Fire/EMS Chiefs are three years in length and DPW contact is one year in length. The three contracts are up for renewal on July 1, 2016.
All contracts contain a provision for a “pay increase equal to 2.0% in line with what other employees are receiving.”
The Board unanimously approved the Town Manager’s request for approval and the authority to execute them on the Town’s behalf.
