The beginning session will focus on the basic skills of field hockey, while having fun!
The games will be 6 v 6 and I will officiate while high school players coach!

Each Sunday you will need:
Mouth guard, shin guards, water bottle, and a stick if you have one. Sticks will be available if you should need one!
