Say Hello To Daisy The Therapy Dog

Daisy came to Nipmuc first during Wellness Week to introduce students to pet therapy and its many benefits. Daisy now visits Nipmuc every Tuesday.

According to Kristen Gauthier, the school nurse, Daisy visits the counseling center for a couple hours . She also visits students during lunch as a positive means to de-stress. 

“It is great and she is adorable and awesome for the students and staff alike,” said Gauthier.
