Wanted: Two Men Involved In Northbridge Home Invasion

On Wednesday 5/25/16 the Northbridge Police Department received a call at approx. 2:45 a.m. reporting a home invasion on Cross Place in the Rockdale section of town. Subjects are known to the victims, this was not a random attack. Victim was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Warrants have been issued for the following two suspects:

John Opatka, age 22
LKA : 106 Church Ave
Northbridge, Ma

Marcus Thambash, age 21
LKA: 2246 Providence Road
Northbridge, Ma

Both suspects face the following charges:

1. Home Invasion, Firearm –Armed
2. Assault with a Dangerous Weapon
3. A&B with Dangerous Weapon
4. Malicious Destruction of Property +$250 (2 counts)
5. Wanton Destruction of Property +$250

If you see or know their whereabouts please call 911 or your local police department. DO NOT attempt to confront or apprehend these suspects.
