It’s a crazy time for everyone and it’s very easy to let your healthy habits fall by the wayside with all the festivities that come our way. However, we feel better when we stick to a health promoting regimen and it gives us the energy to keep up with the faster pace. I’m here to help!
Fitcamp! now has classes on Sundays! 8am at the Grange, 26 School Street, Upton. This is a co-ed class that uses circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, Tabata’s. Don’t know what they are? Come find out! Class is held Saturday’s and Sundays’ at 8am. $12/class or $80/8 with a 12- week expiration. Sign up is required. All fitness levels welcome.
Bombshell Boxing– Sorry fellas, this is for the ladies only! Boxing for fitness is great for conditioning, stress relief, weight loss and for those who don’t like working out with weights. Fun for mothers and daughters! No experience needed! New session starts November 9 and sign up is required. All participants must have own equipment. $80/8 classes with a 12-week expiration. Class is held at 146 Fitness, 211 Worcester Providence Turnpike, Sutton. Only 12 minutes from Nipmuc and BVT!
As a bonus, all participants will be added to the private Mashup Fitness Community Facebook page where there are weekly challenges, recipes, workouts and tips! All participants must be 15 years of age.
