Hundreds of middle school age students filled the gymnasium at Assabet Regional Technical High School gymnasium last month for the district LEGO League Competition.
Miscoe Hill sent four teams all of which had outstanding performances at the qualifying event.
Team Horambes-Rev was the highest scoring Miscoe team and ranked 7th of the 23 teams at the competition. A strong qualifying rank and solid judging sessions earned Team Horambes-Rev the coveted “Golden Ticket” to the Massachusetts East State Championship.
Rookie team, SuperCubs were awarded a “Golden Ticket” to the Massachusetts East State Championship.
The Core Values Award was presented to team Squirtle Squad who made it to the quarterfinals. Team Tigers in Tiaras put together a high scoring run in the elimination rounds outscoring the highest rank team and moved on to the quarterfinals.
