Please be advised that the Board of Selectmen will be reviewing the excess earth removal permit request received from South Street Reality Trust for approximately 91.75 acres on the northwesterly side of South Street made in accordance with the provisions of the Town of Upton By-Laws Title 3, Land Use, Chapter 1 Earth Removal on September 10th, 2013 at 6:15pm at the Fire Station, 20 Church Street, 2nd floor training room.
