It is reported a man with a crew cut and tattoos in a white/silver van approached a girl down in the Goss Pond neighborhood in Upton. No additional information is available.
The Upton police are aware of the situation.

The police are reporting the incident occurred on Thursday October 10.
A female in her early teens reported a male subject operating a white, older model SUV, appear to be taking pictures of her with his cell phone as she walked from her bus stop. The operator is described as a white male in his mid 30’s. See the latest post here.
