What to do around Upton this weekend

schoolst1217Are you having holiday withdrawals? Maybe you have a craving for homemade Italian cookies but don’t feel like baking? If that’s the case stop by A Little Common Sense in Upton and grab some goodies from Tre Sorelle Bakery or fresh Italian bread which arrives before noon on Saturdays.

On Monday we honor Martin Luther King Jr.  and for many it’s a long weekend and you may be wondering what’s open and what’s closed.  Schools and town offices will be closed. Retails and liquor stores are open at the owners discretion and most banks will be closed.

Sesame Street Live is performing at the Hanover Theater this weekend and as of this posting there are seats available for all shows on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
