Ronald F. Czajak, 77, of Upton, died late Monday, December 14, 2015 in Heywood Hospital in Gardner after an illness. He was the husband of Diane (Worthington) Czajak.
Born in Syracuse, NY, he was the son of the late Stanley and Catherine (Wells) Czajak, and was a graduate of New York University. He worked as an accountant in the financial services industry and had lived in Upton for over 20 years. He was a communicant of St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish.
In addition to his wife, he leaves two sons, Brian Czajak of Boston and Paul Czajak of New Jersey; a daughter, Susan Czajak of Grafton; and two grandchildren, Aidan and Abigail. He was also the father of the late Peter Czajak.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 18, from the Williams-Pedersen Funeral Home, 45 Main St., Upton, with a funeral mass at 10 a.m. in St. Gabriel the Archangel Church, 151 Mendon Street, Upton. Cremation will follow.
Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
