Hopkinton Police Department Detectives are actively investigating the discovery of a human body at a local trash recycling facility.
This morning at 8:40am Hopkinton Police Department received a call from E.L. Harvey and Sons reporting that workers had found a man’s body inside the items brought to the Municipal Recycling Center, Building 6. This building is located in the area of 395 Wood St. Hopkinton. All workers at the facility have been accounted for and this is not a workplace incident.
Hopkinton Police Detectives along with Detectives assigned to the Massachusetts State Police are on scene conducting the investigation. This man is described as a 40-year-old Caucasian male. At this time it appears as though the man’s body was brought to the facility from an outside community. The investigation continues.
