Fifty percent of the students who participated placed in the top ten and of those who placed twenty five percent qualified to compete at the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Nashville TN.

The is the first time Nipmuc had freshman qualify for the ICDC; John Dacey and Timothy Carey. According to Business Education Teacher Gary Perras this is the best year yet for Nipmuc.

In order to qualify for the ICDC teams/students must place within the top 5 of their respective business specialties ~ competing against up to as many as 100 other teams/students.
