A Milton Family jumped into action over the weekend when their pup was snatched out of a fenced in backyard by a coyote.
The coyote grabbed Cally, an 11-year-old Shih-Tzu, and ran down the street. The owner ran after Cally and jumped on the coyote, which then dropped the pup.
Cally required medical treatment, including stitches and tubing, but is expected to be okay.
Neighbors report hearing coyotes howl at night.
