Consider this your personal invitation to support students for whom purchasing school supplies is truly a burden.
The Mendon Lions Club with the sponsorship of Pinz Entertainment and Linx Consulting, LLC, is holding a fun evening of karaoke on Wednesday, July 13th.
The doors open at 6:30 pm. There is a $2 Cover Charge (although some say we should charge to leave) and a $20 Contest Signup fee. With door prizes and a cash prize for the winning karaoke performance, there’s lots of fun to be had for this good cause.
They have a great DJ and the venue is perfect so plan on getting together with your friends, enjoying a meal, beverages, and “entertainment” to support our local families. Families will receive gift cards for the purchase of school supplies in their last weekly grocery delivery by the Food Pantry of St. Gabriel’s Church of Upton.
